I Chr 10:10a, today’s chapter

  “And they put his armor in the house of their gods”

Sad but true end to a man, a king who started out humble but allowed his head to get as big as he was tall.  He was too big to obey a simple request by God that came through his spiritual leader. He didn’t slay all the Amalakites and their animals. This is like second guessing God’s Word about sin. If you don’t control sin in your life, sin will control you!
